For the avoidance of doubt, the author grants to you, a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to access this website from a single computer at any one time, subject to these terms of use for the sole purpose of viewing this website, but not to copy or download any part of this website.

In the event of the Infringement of the copyright of any images or other material owned by Philip Curnow Photography, Wales Photography or Weboriel Web-Design, recovery of the value of any loss and associated costs WILL be taken against the copier, their agents and any other associated parties. The value of the damages will be assessed as if the items or images had been purchased at full commercial cost from Philip Curnow Photography. As an example, each illegally copied image reprinted once at A3 size or less would be valued as damages of £145.95 per print as of the 1st January 2017, plus VAT and court costs. Alternatively, each illegally copied image reproduced digitally and used on a website or other online or offline media would be valued as damages of £1,459.50 per image as of the 1st January 2017, plus VAT and court costs.
Jurisdiction and choice of law
These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Welsh courts.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
